Sales Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
MediaRich is seeking a highly motivated, articulate, and skilled sales professional to help us build our business both locally and nationwide. This is for a commissionn independent contractor who will be responsible for managing client relationships, be able to understand, demonstrate and present MediaRich solutions to clients, and continually develop business opportunities within these accounts. This person will be a self-starter, proactive, able to manage demanding workloads, with experience in developing long-term client relationships. Ideally, will be familiar with San Antonio business and industry and well connected within the community. Experience selling to Fortune 500 companies a plus.
POSITION OBJECTIVES
- Develop new clients from warm and cold leads.
- Develop a complete understanding of our products and services.
- Qualify opportunities.
- Give sales and proposal presentations to prospects.
- Analyze relevant customer problems, needs and requirements.
- Gather requirements for proposals.
- Assess market opportunities and create an annual sales strategy.
- Enter and maintain data in the sales system.
REQUIREMENTS
- Great personality
- Strong communications skills to include verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience with a proven track record of acquiring new business.
- Bachelors degree – Business/Commerce/Marketing discipline preferred.
- Must be self directed, able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Must be able to learn quickly and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- Ability to think on your feet and outside the box.
- Effective leadership and motivational skills.
